COVID created a barrier to real real-life human connection. And it impacted the way we did business. We are still picking up the pieces of the chaos that was 2020-2022. Perhaps you pivoted. Added services. Changed your business model altogether. Started a new business. Maybe, if you are like us at You Belong Here, you are craving to sit down and talk about the lows and highs of operating a business with fellow entrepreneurs, coffee cup in hand.
When it comes to running a small business, most of us will admit that feedback from our peers is crucial. It helps us solve problems, work more efficiently, and holds us accountable to the goals and dreams that we've set for ourselves.
This informal discussion group allows attendees to connect with one another.
We'll take turns presenting a business idea or challenge to the group, in turn for supportive and constructive feedback that will help you make your next big move. Come armed with a goal that you'd like to achieve this next business quarter and get ready to make some new friends!

As a leader or entrepreneur, it's essential to reflect on your achievements and challenges throughout the year. Instead of constantly focusing on the next milestone, taking inventory of your successes reminds you that success is a journey. Giving yourself permission to reflect empowers you to achieve even greater professional and personal success. We invite you to step back and look at The Big Picture.
During this time, we will examine our strengths, challenges, and insights from the year. We will go through the principles of PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technology) as well as leverage the Start Stop Continue method and evaluate our Unique Value Propositions, all of which will help us to create action plans to address these areas in the coming year. This ground work with be perfect for our December In Your Corner, developing our 2024 SMART Goals and Q1 Strategy.
Additionally, you will benefit from the experiences and perspectives of other leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners who can offer suggestions on which products or services may need improvement or discontinuation. This is an opportunity to be genuine and honest about your current position and where you want to be in the future. We are In Your Corner.

We'll start the day with breakfast and light networking.
We'll be practicing vocalizing and asking for what we need. This will include some light journaling and group breakout sessions for us to dig deeper and get the support we need from our fellow entrepreneurs.
We will also incorporate a resources board for valuable takeaways to help you with any challenges you may be facing.
