EVENT RENTALS

start at $55/hr*

With 1,100 square feet and 38 feet of north-facing windows with lots of light, this venue is perfect for workshops, retreats, team meetings, panel discussions, seminars, book clubs, and art shows.

Seven days a week, 7am - 11pm

*Pricing based on day of the week and event type

Maximum Capacity for an event is 20 - 50 people depending on event type


Pricing

Pricing of event rental and prep and cleaning fees are dependent on the event type. Please see below for details.

NOTE: Event Insurance is require for specific event types (i.e., parties, opening/closing receptions, etc.) ** If you are serving alcohol. whether selling or providing it for free, you will need to have special event insurance. If you are hosting a pop-up, concert, fundraiser and or benefit, you will also need special event insurance. Click here to purchase your special event insurance.

  • Want to take it to the next level? If you need to fill up the space with sound, bass, and reverb or perhaps create surround sound for your film screening or presentation. This Add-On is for you! Kit includes:

    • Bose S1 Pro Speakers (2)

    • Adapters & Audio Cables

    • Speaker Stands (2)

    • YBH Tech Assistance for setup only

  • Karaoke is the perfect ADD-ON for your gathering. Kit includes:

    We’ll set aside time on the day of your event to ensure you are setup and ready to go. We’ll walk you through how to hook up the audio and video to your personal laptop. This will add 20 minutes to your booking.

  • We can provide brewed coffee, creamers, sugar and sweetener options, and tea options for your guests.

    • Up to 15 Guests = $15

    • Up to 20 Guests $20

    • Up to 30 People $35

    We have a limited amount of glassware available for use. Please bring your own cups for hot drinks and cold beverages.
